I'm Alicia, and generational family photography is the work closest to my heart.
I live in a multigenerational home. I spent years helping care for my grandmother, who lived to 101 — so I know, down to my bones, how rare and precious it is to get everyone in one room, at one time, in one season. The great-grandparents. The new babies. The whole line of a family, standing together.
These are the photographs families end up treasuring most — not because everyone was perfectly posed, but because for one golden evening, everyone was there. When we plan a generational session, I hold that with the weight it deserves. I make it easy on the oldest members and the youngest ones alike, I move at a pace that honors everyone in the frame, and I give you images that will hang in your family's homes long after this season has passed.
